Symptom

  • While configuring SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.0, SAP Solution Manager managed system setup fails on step 2 (Check Prerequisites)
  • The following errors are given:
    • SAP-J2EE 7.02 is not installed
    • LM-SERVICE 7.10 is not installed
    • ISAGENT 8 is not installed
  • It was determined that notes 1483508 and 1515097 were already applied to this system
