1925324 - Cannot See all Items in the Price Lists

You would like to correct or remove items in the price list. However the respective items are not visible and you cannot remove or update the data.

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Go to the Pricing view.
3. Select Price Lists.
4. Select the relevant Price List.
5. Click on the Edit button.
6. Go to the Items tab.
7. You cannot see the respective items and therefore cannot remove or update the item.

In the items tab of base price list, you can see a field called Number of Items. By default the value sets to 100. Which means system displays 100 product IDs under items tab.

It is not possible to change the default value of 100 items to any other value.

The reason why we defaulted the Number of items displayed in the Price List in the Items tab to 100 is for performance reasons.

Increase the value of Number of Items to e. g. 200 manually. This specifies the maximum number of displayed items. Now you can see the respective entries. Select Remove button to delete the entries and Save the base price list.
