1925366 - COMPUTE_FLOAT_ZERODIVIDE occured when connecting to a non-Unicode system from STMS

Symptom

System A : Unicode System.

System B : non-Unicode System.

System A and B exist in the same transport landscape.

Logon to System A, when perform a check for System B  from STMS -> System Overview, or display the import queue of System B from STMS -> Import Overview, dump COMPUTE_FLOAT_ZERODIVIDE occured in Function Module TMS_MGR_CHECK_CONNECTION.
