1925379 - FAIL: sapstart not found, startup of Instance failed

The instance cannot be started by sapcontrol (for example sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -host <hostname> -nr <instance nr> -function StartWait 300 10) or startsap (not recommended) command.
Following error is displayed on the screen:

--- Using sapcontrol ---

   Start
   FAIL: sapstart not found

--- Using startsap (not recommended) ---

   startup of Instance failed
   See /home/<sid>adm/startsap_<instance>.log for details

In that case, startsap_<instance>.log displays further information:

   Start
   FAIL: sapstart not found
