Symptom

The ASE Backup Server process has a memory leak when dumping and loading databases which causes it to grow until it exceeds the memory limit.

   Sep 17 00:19:09 2012: Open Server Error: 16247.10.0: Site handler spid 126 failed to setup a new channel.
   Sep 17 00:19:09 2012: Backup Server: 2.23.1.1: Connection from Server SYBASE on Host dipdb1 with HostProcid 29163934.
   Sep 17 00:19:09 2012: Open Server Error: 16104.10.1: Unable to allocate stack, size 131072, for new thread.
