1926015 - How to disable the "delete" function in transaction code COGI.

When confirmation is executed, goods movement(auto goods receipt or backflush) can be posted simultaneously depending on the customizing. If error occurs during posting auto goods movement, the error records go to transaction code COGI. Normally, in order to keep data consistent, these error goods movements should be posted again. However, "Delete" function is available in transaction code COGI, user can just delete these entries.

Therefore, you expect "delete" function is not available.
