1926331 - Sybase Unwired Platform clients having poor synchronization response - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User has an iOS device with Sybase Unwired Platform 2.1.2:

  1. After extended operation, synchronization times increased dramatically until Sybase Unwired Platform became unresponsive to synchronization requests. 
  2. User had to restart Sybase Unwired Platform to resolve response time issues. 
  3. Review of the Sybase Unwired Platform server indicated the mlsrv12.exe process was consuming 7.5 GB of memory before restart.
