1926377 - OpenDoc URL link to Dashboard gives MOB00135 error in SAP BI

Symptom

When trying to open a Dashboard from a link with a "sapbi://" protocol or via linked Dahsboards the error "Failed to open Web Intelligence document XL. XcelsiusEnterprise (MOB00135)" is obtained.
