1926505 - Other Income Tab not available in the Account Determination General Ledger Section

Symptom

The Other Income Account Determination Group is not available in the Account Determination, General Ledger section.

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Go to Business Configuration Work center
  2.  Click Implementation Projects.
  3.  In the Activity list, open activity Chart of accounts, Financial reporting structures, Account determination activity.
  4.  Under the Account Determination, Click the General Ledger option.
  5.  You are unable to find the Other Income tab in the pull down list in the Others tab of General Ledger section.

Cause

The Other Incomes will not be available under General ledger for viewing now along with the others. It has been moved as a separate tab under the Sales ledger in this activity.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work center
  2. Click Implementation Projects view.
  3. In the activity list, open activity Chart of accounts, Financial reporting structures, Account determination activity.
  4. Under the Account Determination, click the Sales.

You'll find the Other Income tab.
