1926582 - SQL error 0 when connecting to both IBM DB2 and SQL Server from Linux

Symptom

The following error happens during the connection test from Linux to SQL Server.
                    Could not open connection XXXX
                    sql error          0  occured:
The
developer trace displays the same error without further detailed information.
For example:
                    C  (0) [01000] [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Can't open
                    lib '/opt/microsoft/msodbcsql/lib64/libmsodbcsql-11.0.so.2260.0' : file not found

However, the library libmsodbcsql-11.0.so.2260.0 definitely exists.
