1926608 - [SAP SYBASE IQ] Same Deletes which have a same target table can be executed concurrently.

Symptom

Same Delete Commands Can be executed concurrently even though delete has a same target table.
In (mixed workload, Multi-Users, Many Ad-Hoc Queries) environment, if a join delete is spending hours in searching phase before gets W-lock.
During those phase, other small delete session on the same table can be fired and finished well without any lock interruption.
Order of Delete can be important in above Environment.
