1926962 - PowerBuilder - Using Standalone Served license still showing in Grace Mode

Installed the Sysam Server and PowerBuilder still shows the license status as 'Grace Mode'.

Turning on the Sysam trace in PowerBuilder, by adding LogSysam=2 in the pb.ini under the [PB] section, shows the following:
