Symptom

You want to export or import configurations with Configuration Copy Tool and get following problem:

  • You may find the export/import process seems to hang there. For example, export remain with status "Exporting identity store references...".
  • By following troubleshooting Note 1436169, you find OutOfMemoryError happened during the process:

    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
