1927232 - Configuration Copy Tool: OutOfMemoryError during export or import

Symptom

The following issue may occur when exporting or importing configurations with the Configuration Copy Tool:

  • The export/import process may appear to hang. For example, the export may remain at the status "Exporting identity store references…".
  • By following troubleshooting Note 1436169, an OutOfMemoryError can be identified as having occurred during the process:

    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
