1927234 - Diagnostics Agent fails to start with exitcode = -11112 - Solution Manager 7.1

Symptom

The Solution Manager Diagnostics Agent fails to start, and the errors described bellow are present in the traces dev_SMDAgent and jvm_SMDAgent.out which are located in the folder /usr/sap/<SID>/<InstID>/work/:

dev_SMDAgent
