1927272 - How to configure proxy mapping for external accessing through reverse proxy server

Symptom

  • There is a proxy server in front of SAP for load balancing and reverse the request from secure HTTPS to nonsecure http.
  • User is accessing SAP (e.g. portal) through external url like: https://ExternalHost:443 ->Rev. Proxy -> http://SAPJavaHost:50000 ->JAVA server
  • User is accessing SAP through internal url like:http://SAPJavaHost:50000 ->JAVA server
  • Display issues in portal on accessed via proxy environment.
