• Error "Crystal/OSQL_EXECUTE_QUERY returned: subrc:4 . Message: type "%S" is unknown. Line:4. Word:0"
• When refreshing reports based off SAP function "FI_IMPORT_BALANCE_SHEET_TEXT" with connection "SAP Table, Cluster,or Function", it generates an error:
    
   "Database Connector error: "Crystal/OSQL_EXECUTE_QUERY returned: subrc:4 . Message: type "%S" is unknown. Line:4. Word:0"

• SAP Crystal Reports 2011

1. In Crystal Report designer, create a report and select the connect type: "SAP Table, Cluster,or Function"
2. Logon your SAP System, and select the specific function "FI_IMPORT_BALANCE_SHEET_TEXT"
3. Click on "OK"
4. Error appears as "Failed to retrieve data from the database"
5. Clicking on "OK" return the error:
