1928162 - DBCC checkstorage reports 100001 faults on DOL table after shrink database operation - ASE

Symptom

DBCC checkstorage() reports lots of 100001 faults (Invalid page ids in header) for DOL tables after a shrink database operation.
For example:

 1> sp_dbcc_faultreport 'long', mydb
 2> go
       Generating 'Fault Report' for object mytab, indid 0, partition id 640002280 in database mydb.
 
 Fault Type: 100001 (page id error); Hard fault
