1928410 - Error 712 "There is insufficient heap memory to allocate xxxxxx bytes" is being raised when dumping the transaction log - ASE

Error message 712 is being raised when dumping the transaction log.

Msg 712, Level 17, State 1:
Server 'MyServer', Line 1:
There is insufficient heap memory to allocate 262144 bytes. Please increase configuration parameter 'heap memory per user' or try again when there is less activity on the system.
The "heap memory per user" setting was already four times the size of the ASE logical page while the recommendation is usually 3 times page size.
