1929520 - No Identified Stock Displayed In Data Source Outbound Delivery Item Details

You created a new outbound delivery XYZ (where XYZ is the ID for the Outbound Delivery) for a product with more than one identified stock numbers assigned to it.

You want to report on this delivery and use the data source Outbound Delivery Item Details (technical ID SCMOBDU01) as it provides the fields you are looking for.

You open the data source preview and pull the Delivery ID and the Identified Stock ID into the rows. For delivery XYZ the Identified Stock displays Not Assigned.

NB: Deliveries with products with only one identified stock numbers assigned to it display the Identified Stock ID as expected.

1. You go the Outbound Delivery work center.
2. You open to the Outbound Deliveries view.
3. You find delivery XYZ and open it.
4. In the Detailed Line Items tab you will see more than one Identified Stock numbers.
5. You go the Business Analytics work center.
6. You open the Design Data Sources view.
7. You find the data source Outbound Delivery Item Details and preview it.
8. Pull the delivery ID and the identified stock into the rows. For delivery XYZ the identified stock shows as Not Assigned.

A new customized data source can be used to fulfil this requirement:

1. You go the Business Analytics work center.
2. You open the Design Data Sources view.
3. Select New > Joined Data Source.
4. Select Data Source Type Inner Join.
5. Add data source Outbound Delivery Item Details (SCMOBDU01).
6. Add data source Confirmation Journal (SCMCFJU01).
7. Join the following elements:
   Delivery ID (from SCMOBDU01) and Reference Document ID (from SCMCFJU01)
   Outbound Delivery Item ID (from SCMOBDU01) and Reference Document Item ID (from SCMCFJU01)
8. Add the element Identified Stock from SCMCFJU01.
9. Save your new data source.
