Symptom

You do not see any shopping cart approval tasks on the Managing My Area work center.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Managing My Area work center.
  2. Go to the Approvals view.
  3. Select Show > Shopping Cart Approval Tasks.

No records are found.

Cause

The default query has been altered by the user.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Managing My Area work center.
  2. Go to the Approvals view.
  3. Click on Advanced.
  4. Click on Organize Queries.
  5. Set Open Tasks as the default query.
