1929916 - Duplicate User ID's showing up in CMC for AD users

Symptom

  • AD users fail to login or do not have proper permissions
  • AD users showing 2 user ID's in the CMC
  • AD user not showing proper group membership
  • Duplicate users created for groups mapped in from remote domain / forest
  • Issue could affect AD and LDAP users and has been reported for both
  • So far all reported occurrences have happened upon initial user creation/logon
