Even though the supply portal stylesheet property is set to FALSE in webdynpro page (having codelink: com.sap.portal.wdintegrator.WebDynproIntegratorPage), still the portal theme will be passed to the application.
If you collect httpwatch trace, in the POST parameters of the webdynpro application call, we can see that sap-cssurl and sap-cssversion parameters being passed.
