1930266 - In-place upgrade hangs on installmaster with error message "Invalid pointer param number 3, pointer value 0x5400434c45415245" - ASE

• During upgrade a number of databases, including sybsystemprocs report the following messages:
  
  Database 'sybsystemprocs': beginning upgrade step [ID 26]: alter table (table sysprocedures)
  Hit a threshold on database 'sybsystemprocs' for Invalid pointer param number 3, pointer value 0x5400434c45415245 segment during upgrade. Not spawning threshold action procedure.
  Hit a threshold on database 'sybsystemprocs' for Invalid pointer param number 3, pointer value 0x5400434c45415245 segment during upgrade. Not spawning threshold action procedure.

• Despite this message, sybsystemprocs and all other databases are reported to be upgraded OK
• Later the upgrade hangs on installmaster
• After killing the process and rebooting, ASE starts and recovers all system databases and then hangs again.
