Symptom

  • When refreshing an Input EPM Add-In report, an unexpected error occurs :
    Internal Server Error

  • This error still persists even after :
    - performing the command "Clear Metadata Cache" (located in the EPM Add-In Ribbon ">> More" sub-menu)
    - removing the "C:\Users\ <Username>\AppData\Local\EPMOfficeClient" directory.
