1931204 - Report Application Server (RAS) become unresponsive and showing a lot activity from the common server metrics

• There is not any activity on the Report Application Server (RAS) or user interaction with Crystal Report Documents.
• Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) has been restarted.
• RAS Common Server Metrics shows values rather than having 0 connection or Open Documents etc, increasing as the system is up and running.
• RAS accumulates Open Documents, Connections and busy server threads quickly and becomes unresponsive.
• RAS will not stop unless it is forced to terminate.
