Symptom

  • Error:"An internal server error occurred. Maximum character output size limit reached. Contact your BusinessObjects Administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30272)(MOB00145)" seen while viewing Webi reports on Mobile device.
  • Small Webi reports work fine on iPad/iPhone/Android devices.
  • Reports with large data retrievals throw the above error on the mobile device.
  • Dashboards work fine and throw no error message.
