1931323 - A query with datefloor() fails with feature not implemented - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • When trying to run a query in dbisql that works on all our other instances of Sybase IQ (15.4, 15.1, 12.7) we get the following error:

Feature 'datefloor' not implemented
SQLCode=-134 ODBC 3 State="HY000"

  • Other symptoms may include missing System Tables, Views and procedures that are expected to be present:

Attempt to run sp_iqcheckoptions results in the error:
Could not execute statement
Procedure 'sp_iqcheckoptions' not found
SQLCODE= -265, ODBC 3 State="42S02
