1931335 - "SDM could not start the J2EE cluster on the host" error encountered during upgrade

Sample error message seen in the TroubleTicket_xx.txt:

An error has occurred during the execution of the Deploy software components step with action execute. Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.SDMService failed with the following message:

Cannot execute Java process for deployList with parameters E:\usr\sap\DB1\SUM\sdt\tmp\deploy_list.txt.
