Symptom
You want to know how to change the language of the automated Key User Service Report that you receive via email from the Cloud Customer Care Team.
Resolution
The Key User Service Report language settings are set on the IT contact from the Service Control Center.
You can change such settings as following:
- Go to Service Control Center work center and choose Contact Details view.
- Identify the IT Contact and select Edit.
- Set the desired language for the Correspondence language field.
