1932081 - From field and custom attributes are not populated on the initial launch of UWL

When accessing the UWL for the first time, the name of the requestor in the "From" column is not populated immediately for some items.

Only after select a work item using the hyperlink in the "Subject" column, the "From" filed value appears and get populated as expected.

Also when you click "Refresh" in inbox the "From" file value is populated afterwards (see below sample screen shot). Per the default behavior of UWL, the "From" column gets filled up when work item loaded or after UWL application is refreshed.
