1932635 - Right truncation error when inserting Varchar field with length greater than 4000 in MS SQL Server target

• Target is MS SQL Server. Target column type is Varchar and length is great than 4000. and big enough to hold the data the data services inserts into the field.
• When Data Services job inserts data of length 4000 or lesser, the job works fine.
• When Data Services job inserts data of length more than 4000 the job throws the error:  error message for operation <SQLExecute>: <[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0]String data,right truncation>.
