Symptom

The following error occurs when refreshing EPM report:

"The execution of report Default Report failed. Please contact your administrator."

  • Clicking on the Details button gives the following detail information:

"code: UJO_READ_EXCEPTION_018
severity: error
description: MDX statement error: An error occurred when getting data from the processor.
log id: 01LsSUOxUg{BG
DATAVALUE:An error occurred when getting data from the processor.
MDX:
V1:An error occurred when getting data from the process"

  • No dump information were found in the transaction ST22.
