1933036 - Account Assignment Changeable RE603 error message

Creating Request or invoice to commitment funds document that has indicator in field Account Assignment changeable, all the fields marked as active in the assigned Account Assignment Transfer Rule are not transferred from the previous document and system will show a warning message: Account assignment differs from document (RE603).

Note: Not only the fields fund, functional area, funds center, commitment item will be checked here. The message RE 603 will be a warning message if no entry exists in the message control.
