1933197 - More than one time agreement found for employee time

While uploading the Employee times/ Project times excel sheet system throws an error message as More than one time agreement found for employee time.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Choose Time Recording view.
3. Choose Time Sheet view.
4. Search and choose the Employee XYZ (XYZ represents the employee Id).
5. Choose Actions-> Upload Times from Microsoft Excel® button here ewhen you try to upload the excel sheet system throws the error message as More than one time agreement found for employee time.

No valid Time Profile for the Employee XYZ for which employee time is uploading. If there is not valid profile is not maintained for the period the system will allow the employee to upload the time sheet for that particular period. The Time Profile includes the information like valid current and historical time data, maintain employee times, organizational data, information about the assigned work schedule and time account rules.

Please mainatain the valid time profile.

The Time Profile can be maintained by following these steps in a system :

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Choose Employees view.
3. Search and Edit the Employee XYZ (XYZ represents the employee Id).
4. Go to Time Profile tab here maintain the valid time data(start date and end date for the period you are uploading the excel) and organizational data (Reporting Line Unit) and save the maintained changes.
