1933314 - Database Connector Error when connecting to Sybase using "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC drivers" in SAP BI LaunchPad

Symptom

  • In Crystal Reports, the report refresh successfully.
  • When refreshing, or scheduling the report in SAP BI LaunchPad, it fails with the error:
       
    "Database Connector Error: 'ADO Error Code: 0x80004005 Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers Description: [Sybase][ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]Stored procedure '<Stored Procedure Name>' not found.
    Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output). SQL State: Native Error: 2812 [Database Vendor Code: 2812 ]"
