Symptom

  • Unable to import some of AD/LDAP users using Upgrade Management Tool (UMT) in SAP BusinessObjects BusinessIntelligence Platform 4.0 (BI 4.0)
  • The option to select user to import is grayed out.
  • Error message 'Could not commit object 'user name' because another object with the same name already exists under object 'Users'. (FWB 00026)'
