1933471 - InfoPackage requests hanging in SAPLSENA or in SAPLRSSM / MESSAGE_TYPE_X or TIME_OUT dumps

• The performance of the Infopackage execution is not as expected. Even when only a small amount of data is loaded.
• During the extraction of data to a BW system from an SAP source system (like ERP, ECC, SRM, CRM, etc.) queues are not getting processed in tRFC
• An infopackage load is started which updates data from a source system with 3.x or 7.0 dataflow and most of the DIA work processes are occupied with the program SAPLSENA, SAPLRSSM or even SAPLRS_GENERAL. The user is the background user defined in the source system:

• In SM12 are enqueues for RSMONICDP with high data package numbers:

• In the tRFC queue of the source system, transaction SM58 shows many LUW-s with status "Transaction Recorded".
