1934171 - Error: “Server myCMSServer:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)”- FIM10.0

Symptom

After applying Support Package 9 (or possible any other Support Package) some or all of the following symptoms may present themselves:

  • In the FIM web client: After logging on the following error message is displayed:
    Server myCMSServer:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003).

  • In the FIM Administration Console: There is no response after pressing the “Check” button in the “Financial Information Management Information” section.

  • In the FIM Administration Console: After uploading a “server.properties” file a new window is displayed but it white with no contents and there is no further progress.

  • In the FIM Administration Console: There is no response after pressing the “Update” button.
