This solution will give you instructions on how to export/download files from SmartOps when the Internet Explorer Information Bar is preventing the download. When you Export a report from SmartOps EIO/EIS, after you answer 'OK' to the statement that there is a limit to what can be exported to Excel, another pop-up window appears. This window has the text 'Export to Excel is in process. Do not close this window...'. If the yellow IE Information Bar appears just above the message (and just below the File | Edit | View ... menu), clicking on that information bar and selecting 'Download File...' will not do anything other than to clear the information bar. Refreshing the pop-up window does not work either.
