1934492 - SAP Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5.2 Interoperability with HP NonStop SQL ODBC/MP Driver

Symptom

Customer migrated their Sybase PowerBuilder 8.x application connecting to an HP NonStop SQL database to SAP PowerBuilder 12.5.2 using a HP ODBC/MP driver.

With PowerBuilder 12.5.2 they are seeing bind errors in the ODBC log when trying to set DisableBind=1 when connecting to the database.
