1934502 - Transmit fails and user receives error "Unit ST is not created in language EN" on client screen.

Symptom

When transmitting from a client after adding a material in SAP Inventory Manager, the user receives the following error readout in the connection window:

     "Unit ST is not created in language EN"

The transmit will then fail to execute successfully.
