Symptom

For selected account in CRM Sales Manager 2.5 app, while trying to “Generate Factsheets” from mobile device the below error is displayed. 

Error "/SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUB_AGENT : Invalid handler for Subscription agent SSLM25_CLIENT_ONDEMAND_PUSHREQ

/SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUBQUEUE_MGR: Error assigning agentfor id".
