1934631 - Fatal error: no free pages available in cache

Symptom

Sever crashes with the following error:

Completed dumping cache info
Starting dumping cache info to 'IQ_cache.dmp.21650' ...
Fatal error: no free pages available in cache

Customer has done the suggestion from KBA 1918105 by increasing -ch to 2.5G but the problem still happens.
