Symptom

Continuous Monitoring shows job status always as 'In Process'. Analyzing the plug-in system, the following short dump is found in ST22:

  • CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND
    • Function Module "GRFN_IE_CALLBACK_RFC" not found.
