Symptom
- Some international languages use a comma (",") as a numeric decimal point indicator.
- Attempting to access this international numeric data explicitly as a NUMERIC / DECIMAL / FLOAT / DOUBLE data type in SQL Anywhere fails with the error SQLCODE -157 "Cannot convert %1 to a %2".
