1935486 - NetWeaver Portal 7.3X/7.4/7.5 issues with custom logon screens after upgrade

Symptom

  • After upgrading to NetWeaver 7.3 (and Enhancement Packages), 7.4 and 7.5 the custom logon screen no longer works; 
  • You want to set up a customized logon screen for your Portal;
  • The following error message might be appearing instead of the logon screen:
    Could not open iView. The iView is not compatible with your browser, operating system, or device. Contact your system administrator for more information.
