Symptom

  • Error message: Internal error - DB and COMM_A_IN_MEMORY incompatible appears once vendor / customer is opened.
  • We are encountering error message "Internal error - DB and COMM_A_P_IN_MEMORY" AM 891 when trying to delete Contact Person from Customer account.

  • The communication data on the database is inconsistent in the address data.
