Symptom

The iOS Unique Device Identifier (UDID) gets lost and will no longer displayed for the device, if the "Device ID Setup - Naming Option" got changed after the enrollment of an iOS device. In addition the "Device Name" and "User" selection will no longer work; it does not show the result in the device field on the top.
