Symptom

When trying to create an FIM Job, the following error message appears:

 'Failed to generate ATL file: Failed to import ATL definition'

with details:

  • com.sap.fpm.fim.common.webservice.WSException: Failed to import ATL definition.
  • java.io.IOException: (14.0) 10-28-13 16:42:27 (E) (5888:5660) CON-120404: Initialization OCI call for connection failed:
