Symptom

  • "HTTP status 500 - com.wedgetail.idm.sso.ProtocalException:com.wedgetail.idm.spnego.derver.SpnegoEGSSException: Failure unspecified at GSS-API level (Mechanism level: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosError: Clock skew too great)" error occurs when user logs onto InfoView/BILaunchpad using AD SSO authentication.
  • Exact error may vary but clock skew should be common.
